George Clooney arrested in planned protest at Sudanese embassy Actorintended to be arrested in Washington, DC demonstration
Actor and activist George Clooney has been arrested while protesting in front of the Sudanese embassy in Washington, DC.
Clooney was protesting against human rights abuses by the Sudanese government. He had announced his protest in advance and intended to be arrested.
My respect for George Clooney has just grown 10 folds after reading about this.

Alexander Wang Faces Million Lawsuit
A $50 million lawsuit has been filed against Alexander Wang after it was discovered that the label has been running a sweatshop in New York. The NY Post reports that thirty workers at the factory, located at 386 Broadway in the city’s Chinatown district, claim they were forced to carry out labour under appalling conditions in a “suffocating, windowless, 200-square-foot room” for more than 16 hours a day. Wenyu Lu, 56, says he fainted after working 25 hours without a break and was also threatened with dismissal if he didn’t carry out his tasks, one of which included crafting a pair of leather pants in four hours, a quarter of the time this job would ordinarily take. Wenyu was fired last month when he applied for worker’s compensation and complained about the conditions.

Interviewing potential Interns
I am currently interviewing wardrobe stylist interns. I am helping Kristen narrow down her selections. Once they pass my first initial on slot. I will then be able to pass the qualified candidate over to Kristen.
I have been in the fashion industry for a long time even before I was a photographer working for a lot of brand name and smaller boutiques. I did everything in the fashion industry except design from creative, production, catalog, directing, fashion layouts, coordinator, marketing, photography, payroll, collections, production manager, shipping coordinator, HR, and EDI relations between the minors and majors. In the end of the day there is nothing I would want to do more then photography.
